My goal every year Fall and Winter rolls around is to find a few sweaters that I eventually fall in love with. A statement sweater that I personally like is difficult to find, so I absolutely was ecstatic when I came across this one.
Did I mention that my shoes were only 15 bucks?! Yep! Strangely enough. My Target had their Fall shoes on CLEARANCE! I went crazy. I don’t have many red shoes, so when I see some that I really like at a good price, I gotta snatch them up.

Pallazzo Pants were so popular way back when and they have came right back around again. Depending on the fabric that you choose, they are very light, comfortable, and they definitely make a fashion statement.
The pattern that I chose to make my Pallazzo pants was McCall’s M6515. I’m so sorry. I totally forgot what type of fabric I used for my pants, but it is light, it has a lot of movement, and it feels silky against my skin.
These are great for day and night. You can wear them to work with a button up, a fitted top, or a turtle neck. If worn at night, a crop top would make it more appropriate for dancing at a club, hanging out with the girls, or a bar. However you wear it, keep it sexy.

Since I started sewing clothes back in April (2013), I decided that I wanted to include my children in my sewing endeavors as well. I’m excited to be adding their fashionable photos to my blog. Ok, so this year I thought it was ambitious, but I really wanted to sew my son and daughter’s Halloween costume. It took me a total of four days to complete both costumes but it was all worth it in the end. My daughter chose her costume. She wanted to be a cheetah and my husband chose for my son to be a lion. The patterns that I chose to make these costumes were McCall’s M6105 (Lion) and McCall’s MO308 (Cheetah). My daughter (4 yrs old) was a witch last year and won the costume contest last year from a costume that I bought from Walmart. This year I am proud to say that she won again! I was super excited for her. She played it cool when her name was announced. All the parents were looking at me at the time so I had to scream in my head. My son who is 2 years old was on the run most of the time so I didn’t get many pictures of him, but I will list what I have below. Btw, I did do both of my kids’ and my own makeup also. Comment below and let me know what you or your kids are going as a this year. Be safe this year and have fun. Happy Halloween from my home to yours!XOXO Thanks for stopping by!
Are you trying to lose weight but the pounds aren’t falling off fast enough? Are you losing the weight, but can’t seem to tell? This skirt is for you! Last year, the illusion dresses was pretty popular. It gave the illusion that you were slimmer than you really were. Celebrities were seen everywhere on the red carpets and events sporting this look.
This pattern gives the same effect, but the best part is, it’s customizable! I was able to choose whatever print I wanted; solid or bold. (View D) The skirt was pretty easy to make as usual. The waistband I think was the most time consuming, because I had to stitch it by hand. I think it came out pretty nice though. What do you think? Scroll below to see the easy to follow tutorial. Since Fall is my favorite season, I am going all out when it comes to my style. I have been really into black and white lately. Every black and white printed fabric that I see, I have to have. I found this bold cotton fabric at Hancock Fabrics at an amazing deal and was super excited to be making some pants with it.
These pants are definitely easy to make. The instructions were easy to follow and the outcome is amazing. I will definitely be making another pair, so keep a look out for another bold print of these pants. I would love to hear what style you are looking forward to wearing this Fall. Comment below. Fall is my absolute favorite season. I love EVERYTHING about it. The smell, the food, and ofcourse, the clothes. So since Fall is around the corner, I decided to bring you the perfect Fall transitioning piece. Circle skirts are the best transitioning piece when it comes to Fall fashion. They are perfect paired with bare legs or colored tights.
The pattern that I chose for this skirt is awesome for those that have never sewn a thing in their lives. The steps in this pattern is extremely easy to follow and this skirt is so fast and easy that you may want to make more than one. I know I am! Black and white is a must have trend for Fall so I chose this black and white ethnic printed linen fabric. I absolutely love it! It’s color is toned down, yet the print is so bold. The fabric and pattern were both purchased at JoAnn Fabrics.

In the midst of this heat, our skin needs to breath. So when I saw the pattern to this sexy top, I knew I had to have it.
Just like with every tutorial that I show you all, it’s pretty easy to make and won’t take you long at all. You can easily make this top with any printed fabric, but I chose a white satin fabric. I wanted to keep my sexy simple.
